While the entire Hilton clan celebrated the premiere of Paris and Kathy's new reality show The World According to Paris last night in at Tropicana Bar in Hollywood, one cast member was noticeably absent: Brooke Mueller.
As Paris celebrated her return to reality TV, a source tells us exclusively that Mueller skipped the shindig because "it's still not a good idea for her to be in a nightclub scene."
