Kate Middleton rated larger style icon than Lady Gaga and Cheryl Cole ahead of Royal marriage
Kate Middleton has been hailed as a superior style icon than Lady Gaga and Cheryl Cole by women crossways the UK.
The praise from the community comes after another fashionable appearance by Prince William’s bride-to-be throughout a day spent with her upcoming husband in Lancashire.
Kate, 29, wore a navy blue clothes by British designer Amanda Wakeley as she visit Darwen and Blackburn.
The stylish, tailored skirt clothes with hook and eye-style fastenings downward the front was described by a spokeswoman for the designer as a “vintage” section.
It is thought that Miss Middleton has had it in her clothing for a number of days.
The spokeswoman said: “I consider it is from the fall 2007 collected works,” adding, “Kate purchases Amanda a lot”.
When UK women were question about their judgment on Kate’s dress sense 83% said she had made the Royal family unit stylish again.
And 70% of those surveyed said William’s fiancee was a style icon with a style that was “wearable” and extra down to earth compared with celebrity like Cole and Gaga.
The British designer also clothed the late Diana, Princess of Wales.
During her stay to Darwen and Blackburn Miss Middleton carried a matching navy clutch purse with silver metal detailing and woredrop jewelry and high-heeled court shoes.
The smooth, understated navy blue ensemble was a secure colour option for the official engagement, complementing Prince William’s dark outfit.
