Miley Cyrus in another almost topless picture

Miley Cyrus is quickly becoming known for her barely dressed photos and now another one has come out of her while she was getting a tattoo.

Cyrus recently got a dream catcher tattoo near her side which means she was almost topless while doing it, states HollywoodLife. The picture shows Cyrus on her side with her arms and part of a shirt covering her up a little.

Although Cyrus has been focusing on her family lately, it seems she isn’t changing anytime soon.
