LOS ANGELES—Los Angeles police are asking for the public's help in trying to find a man they say pulled a gun during an argument at a gathering in Hollywood and shot one of the party-goers to death.
Police officers called to a Hollywood home about 3:10 a.m. Sunday found Lorenzo Smith, 22, of Los Angeles with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.!Police say the shooting appears to be gang-related, although they did not elaborate.
They said the gunman fled the party after the shooting !.
